Our Club worked in collaboration with Living Team Inc to distribute produce boxes to churches and organization for people needing assistance for food. Brochures on care and prevention for diabetes were inserted in each produce box.

We are promoting nutrition/healthy eating, which corresponds with our diabetes initiative.

Please spread the word by encouraging others to get screened for diabetes.

We all have a responsibility to keep our planet clean, safe and healthy for the generations after us. Our members work to help keep the fairgrounds and surrounding area free of litter and groomed. 

The Madison Lions Club has been partnered with our local youth in the 4H Club to help promote a healthy environment.

We supported Morgan County Primary School Panda Pack Program by donating and delivering weekend lunches for students.

\We volunteered by distributing produce boxes to local churches and organizations.

We donated and assisted with delivering care packages to people who are blind/visually impaired.

We donate annually to the following non-profit organizations that provide support for people who are blind/visually impaired

•  Leader Dog for The Blind

•  Georgia State Lions Camp for The Blind

We provide financial assistance for people in need of eye exams and glasses in the area. Applications available at DFACS (Department of Family And Children Services)

Madison Lions Club is one of the leading supporters of Young Life Organization in building a great future for the youth. We provide volunteers for the Madison in May Race.

We collected books for children for the Lions Reading Action Program.

We donate annually to Madison-Morgan Boys and Girls Club 

Each year the Lions Club host the 4H County Fair Displays and Contests. We help to encourage the youth to participate in this great program.

Annually we are able to provide small scholarships for local students who are going to a technical or military secondary school.  Check out scholarship page to learn more.
